As the owner of Denson Construction Services, LLC (DCS) and The Detroit Property Shop, LLC she works as a general contractor and real estate investor repairing Detroit one house at a time. Ms. Denson is a graduate of Jackson State University (BS Industrial Engineering & Technology) and Eastern Michigan University (MS Construction Management). She has sold several homes and just recently completed her first fix and flip. Ms. Denson KNOWS Detroit and construction. She is a true Detroiter at heart.
